Joel’s lending expertise includes loan origination, underwriting, risk assessment and portfolio management. He is also well-versed in the latest lending practices and regulations, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible advice and support.

Susie has 21 years of experience working in the mortgage industry; from processing, to underwriting to credit risk. Because she has represented both ends of the transaction, she has a comprehensive understanding of the home buying and selling process - which gives her clients a unique advantage. After her third daughter was born, Susie made the strategic decision to leave corporate America to focus on family while maintaining her passion of helping others in all areas of home ownership, from investments to finding her client’s dream home. Together, Joel and Susie guide clients through the DFW real estate market, helping them achieve homeownership by building or purchasing their dream home.
